Booking conditions

Deposit due on booking, payment required to confirm bookings.

Option One 

  •  25% deposit,  booking confirmation. 
  •  40 % – Second payment, 30 Days  before departure .
  •  35% – Final payment  7 Days  before departure. Payment in Ethiopia  Addis Ababa.  This stage 100% of payment required. 

Option Two 

Booking a trip in a month/ two( last minute bookings) .

  • 100% payment  once the booking confirmed 
  •  Alternatively , 75% once confirmed and  the final 25% up on arrival in Addis Ababa- Ethiopia.

Cancellation Terms 

  • 25% – once Holiday confirmed 
  • 40% – 30 Days Departure 
  • 75% – 15 Days Departure  
  • 100%- Departure Day/No show

Mode of payment

We accept several types of digital mode of payment, such as payment using banking cards like a debit card and credit card, Internet banking, mobile banking, online payment using apps like PayPal.  Payment in USD, Euro or equivalent in  pound .

Addis Ababa of Ethiopia in cash or card payment ( credit card). 

Local payment , equivalent amount in Birr. Or in cheques, please pay 10 working days in Advance. Bank wires are completed in four-five working  days, at most
